Founder of the ECDP Group. An international consultancy group, responsible for business development in Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the United Kingdom, Romania and Cyprus. He manages the partner companies and investment projects of the Group.

He extends his support to companies in the planning and implementation of tax restructuring programmes and prior to entrance onto foreign markets. Over the last 20 years, Łukasz has been providing tax and legal consultancy for entrepreneurs.

He is entered in the registers of tax advisors in Poland and Romania and the register of foreign service providers in Germany. Author of numerous expert opinions in law and academic papers in the field of tax and financial law. A graduate of law at the Jagiellonian University. A recognised lecturer and speaker at the largest economic conferences in Poland, including the European Economic Congress in Katowice and the Economic Forum in Krynica.
